Olive Toast Squares
Ingredients:

1/2 cup pitted black olives
9 slices thinly sliced white bread
1 1/2 tablespoons COLAVITA Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3/4 teaspoon dried thyme


Preparation:


Cut the olives into thin slices. Cut the crusts off the bread, and brush the bread with olive oil. Sprinkle the thyme onto the bread and cut into 1 1/2 inch squares. Lightly toast the bread squares under the broiler.Remove from the broiler. Spread the olives over the toast squares, and serve immediately.Makes about 3 dozen squares
