Herbed Sauce
Here's a sauce to keep on hand for those lazy, hazy days of summer. It is great on cold turkey or chicken. If you are watching your weight or your cholesterol, use a diet or light mayonnaise.
Ingredients:

1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 teaspoons chopped fresh tarragon
Dash of chervil
1 small onion, minced
1 clove garlic, finely minced or pressed through a garlic press
Generous amount of freshly ground pepper


Preparation:


Whisk all ingredients together. Cover and refrigerate several hours before using. It will keep a week or two in the refrigerator. Makes 2 cups
