Nebraskan Creamed Corn Bread
Ingredients:

3 tablespoons COLAVITA Extra Virgin Olive Oil, plus some for oiling the pan
1 (8-ounce) can creamed corn
1 cup sour cream
1 (8.5 ounce) package corn bread-muffin mix
2 eggs, beaten


Preparation:


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients; mix well. Pour into an oiled 8 x 8 inch pan. Bake for about 35 minutes, until the top is golden and a tester comes out clean. Serves 4-6.
