Old Fashioned Wild Dandelion Salad

Ingredients:

1 large bunch dandelions
3 tablespoons COLAVITA Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tablespoon COLAVITA White Wine Vinegar
2 cloves garlic, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste


Preparation:


Wash dandelions thoroughly and drain. Cut into bite size pieces. Combine 3 parts olive oil to 1 part vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper. Shake well pour over dandelions and toss.
