Blueberry Stuffed Brownies with Baci
Origin: Perugina's Master Chocolatier & Pastry Chef Vivien Reimbelli
Ingredients:

1/2 cup heavy cream
2 ounces Perugina Dark Chocolate
1 teaspoon fine sugar
2 tablespoons blueberry jelly
4 Baci candies
4 (2 inch square) brownies*


Preparation:


1. Combine the cream, dark chocolate and sugar in the top of a double boiler; whisk until it is melted and becomes very silky.  Remove and set-aside.
2. Cut the brownies in half and spread with the jelly. Replace the two halves together.
3. Spoon the cream glaze evenly over the top of each portion of brownie to cover all the surface with a shiny sheet.  Place the Baci on top, chill for 15 minutes before serving.  Makes 4 servings.
