1 container COLAVITA Sun-Dried Tomatoes, undrained, coarsely chopped 4 tablespoons COLAVITA Crushed Olives, coarsely chopped 1 - 2 cloves garlic 2 tablespoon toasted pine nuts 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes 1/4 cup parsley leaves, flat-leaf Italian preferred 1/4 cup packed basil leaves 1/8 cup Parmesan cheese 1/3 cup COLAVITA Extra Virgin Olive Oil, or as needed
Place the sun-dried tomatoes with the oil, olives, garlic, capers, pine nuts and red pepper flakes in the work bowl of a food processor fitted with the metal blade. Pulse until finely chopped. Add the parsley, basil and cheese. Pulse until chopped, turn the machine on and slowly pour the olive oil into the chute; run just until incorporated. Do not over-process. Makes about 12 servings.
