Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a saute pan set over medium heat. Add the mushrooms, garlic and rosemary. Saute until mushrooms are soft and lightly browned. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Place mushroom mixture on toast; drizzle with remaining oil and serve. Serves 6 - 8
