A Sauce for All Seasons
Serve this as a condiment on cooked fish, chicken, or rice or add a few drops when grilling or broiling fish.
Ingredients:

1 cup low-sodium soy sauce
1 one inch cube ginger root, thinly sliced
3 cloves garlic, pressed
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon COLAVITA White Wine Vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup water
2 dashes bitters
2 dashes hot pepper sauce


Preparation:


Place all the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Let cool and pour into a jar with cover. Store in refrigerator. It keeps for a long time.Makes 1 3/4 cups
