Prepare salad dressing according to package directions, using the Colavita Balsamic Vinegar, Extra Virgin Olive Oil and water; set aside. Saute the sausage and garlic, breaking up the sausage with a wooden spoon, until sausage is cooked through, about 10 minutes; remove and drain well. Add the salad dressing, mustard and pepper to skillet and cook until heated through. In a large bowl, combine all salad greens and add warm dressing from skillet; toss to coat well. Divide among serving plates and arrange beans in the center. Surround with sausage, then arrange tomatoes and roasted peppers on salad. Sprinkle with pine nuts and cheese and pass remaining dressing separately. Makes 4 to 6 servings
